We're aware of an ongoing issue that has been affecting your broadband service since December. Our engineers have been on-site to assess the situation but have identified that we need to agree additional access to private land in order to complete the work. Unfortunately, obtaining this agreement is taking longer than anticipated and has resulted in unexpected delays.
We are working hard to try and agree a suitable resolution with the land owner to urgently schedule an agreed date for this work to be completed and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
